Lheyton Started his career in Hospitality as a front of house manager working at numerous salubrious Hotels across The UK with De Vere Venues.

Having earned himself an exemplary reputation Lheyton was approached by a property entrepreneur who; having secured significant funding, launched a new and innovative Flexible Workspace Provider in Milton Keynes with the brief of injecting the Hotel “Can Do” ethic into The Serviced Office World.  Fast forward 18 years, and Lheyton was instrumental in the business’ expansion across The UK project managing new site fit out and launching new Flexible Offices.  He honed his negotiation skills and in the capacity of Commercial Director concluded many large property transactions and delivered turnkey Managed Office Solutions to international clientele.  

Lheyton’s property interests didn’t stop there and having acquired and sold many residential properties himself, Lheyton joined The UK’s largest property agency where his commercial acumen paid dividends earning himself the reputation as the highest fee earner within the group.

Over the course of the past twenty plus years, Lheyton has built a solid reputation and contacts and is well connected within the Flexible Workspace and Residential Property World.

Lheyton is now focussing on diversifying his skills and is now Gamekeeper turned Hunter and sources top talent across The UK, USA, Dubai for blue chip clientele.
